Il bungalow è stato rinnovato pensando alle fresche estati del giugno mediterraneo, quando la lavanda è in fiore e le giornate sono terse e luminose. Declinato nei toni tortora e viola-azzurro chiaro, questo grazioso bungalow è a 80 metri dal mare.Il bungalow si trova di fronte a via della Pineta, da cui è diviso da una siepe. Insieme ai bungalow 2, 3, 4 e 5 è il più diretto per l'accesso al mare. E' composto da patio/terrazza con tavolo e sedie da giardino, ingresso, soggiorno con tavolo, sedie e 2 panche, un bagno con doccia e bidet, 2 camere da letto che possono contenere un massimo di 4 o 5 posti letto. La cucina è attrezzata con lavatrice, frigorifero e microonde e completa di tutto il necessario per cucinare: pentole, piatti, posate, utensili e canovacci.
